1. Possible reason why your access is rejected
Following access would be rejected by httpd server

Access from IP address that can not be resolved by DNS


Access using PROXY server


Somebody who runs open proxy server is in the same ISP that you use.



2. How to solve this situation
This is not an IP-ban. After you configure your browser and/or network properly you can access.
Do not use proxy server when you access moe.homelinux.net.


Or send mail to webmaster to ask for configuring moe.homelinux.net to accept your proxy server's access.
The mail should contain following information.

(1).  The reason why you can not turn off proxy server
(2).  IP address of the proxy server

...도저히 납득이 불가능한 메시지입니다.

하나로통신 VDSL Lite를 쓰고 있고...프록시 설정이라면 IE뿐만 아니라 윈도 전반에 걸쳐서 프록시 관련된 것이기만 하면 모조리 제거시켰는데

왜 액세스가 되지 않는 것일까요?  ISP 자체에서 프록시 서버를 사용하는 건가요?



p.s 이 사이트와 관련이 좀 적은 질문을 한 것 같아 죄송하지만...제가 아는 사이트중엔 여기가 가장 좋은 답이 나올 것 같아서...
